Welcome to Quick Liquidate. By accessing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to buy. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Don’t share your login or resell account access.

Products & conditions

All merchandise is liquidation inventory sold as-is. Lots may contain customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, refurbished or salvage goods. Conditions, quantities and manifests are provided as accurate representations but may vary within a normal quantity variance - review each listing carefully before purchasing.

Pricing & payment

• Prices are listed per lot and exclude freight, which is quoted separately.
• We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Zelle and Cash App. Orders are confirmed once payment clears.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders & cancellations

An order is an offer to buy that we may accept or decline. Once a lot is allocated and freight is scheduled, orders generally can’t be cancelled. If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do what we can.

Shipping & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon hand-off to the carrier. Freight specifications (weight, pallet count and dimensions) are approximate and may vary. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Returns

Because merchandise is sold as-is, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Manifest discrepancies and freight damage are handled under our Returns Policy.

Taxes

You’re responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes. Provide a valid resale certificate to be marked tax-exempt where eligible.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, scrape data, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, text and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Product images may be stock photos provided for reference.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost resale profits.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site or your resale of purchased merchandise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
