Merchandise Condition: UNTESTED CUSTOMER RETURNS - Inventory in UNTESTED condition is inventory that has been sold to an end user and returned through a retail storefront, manufacturer, website and/or distribution center. No testing or repairs have been attempted in our facilities on the listed products. Typically, UNTESTED CUSTOMER RETURN inventory has a 75% plug and play success rate. That means that "most likely" 75% of the product will be in working order. This is not a guarantee that 75% of the product functions, it is simply an estimate based on previous experience with this type of inventory. Shipping Requirement: This lot is subject to mandatory shipping arranged by Direct Liquidation. Buyers will not be permitted to arrange their own pickup. This policy ensures timely removal from the facility and that the lot is shipped via a dock-height commercial truck. Disclaimer: The units listed in this lot are untouched pallets, checked in without being broken down. Manifest inaccuracies may be up to 15% of the units, with possible overages and shortages. While we do not guarantee 100% accuracy, we will assist buyers missing an item that constitutes at least 50% of the pallet’s retail value, as per the provided manifest, with an in-store credit. We do not support credit requests or refunds otherwise and will never ask buyers to pay extra for an overage. These items are sorted into pallets by UPC without consideration of their condition. No items have been handled by Direct Liquidation. Any writing on products, return receipts with reason codes, etc., are not indicative of any assessment by Direct Liquidation. Some pallets may have a label stating “Assessment Required.” This label was applied when the pallet was originally intended to go through a production or assessment process. These pallets were later diverted and liquidated as-is. Products were never tested, inspected, or touched, and the label does not indicate that any assessment occurred. The manifest is not 100% accurate but serves as a representation of the overall contents of the pallet and should be used as a close guide. Variance should be expected. No credits will be issued for missing or non-matching manifests since the product is sold AS IS. Packaging: The packaging may be in various states including: new, opened, distressed and/or missing. Warranty Information: Warranties are not valid on any UNTESTED CUSTOMER RETURNS inventory. All UNTESTED CUSTOMER RETURNS are sold "AS IS" - cosmetic and operational condition is not guaranteed.
